What to expect in our ADHD Therapy sessions?

Who for?

Our sessions are for individuals aged 14 years and over.

Sessions are usually held once weekly at the same time/day for 12 sessions. Session times range between 45-90 minutes depending on the group/ session content.

How long?

Sessions are led by one of our experienced professionals with extensive ADHD knowledge and experience.

Who runs the sessions?

Sessions can be on a 1-1 or group basis. Groups will not exceed 4 individuals (the cost of the programme will be reduced by 50% if accessing group sessions). Sessions may take place in school, online or face-to-face at our clinic in Margate.
