Linked Communication provides coaching support which can help with a range of challenges from exploring a new diagnosis, lifestyle changes, communication style, relationships & family to mindset, confidence and feeling lost or stuck.
Coaching explores a person’s inner world of values, assumptions, expectations and beliefs in order to create greater possibilities for ways of being in life.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a conversation between the coach and client (thinker) in partnership to gain new insights that move the thinker forward. Coaching is to be with you when you share your story, feelings, perception, or experience. This is to gain insight into your topic, to explore the ways in which that is perceived in your thoughts and how that could look from other perspectives. Coaching is about sustainability and how these processes are explored to fully understand and embed them to be able to put them in to action.

The coaching space is to offer a warm, safe and confidential environment to enable you to explore and gain new insights.
A space in which you are listened to freely without disruption, giving you the time and opportunity to find your inner thoughts or processes and at times ‘challenge’ them to initiate new thoughts and new processes.
The Coach’s part in the coaching space is to be with you, to listen, structure the thinking process, initiate thought and support you through your journey.

Who is Coaching for?
Coaching can be used by anyone for many reasons;
Something to explore, to do something differently, or to be different.
Being stuck in life/decisions.
Transitioning between places, jobs, projects.
Thinking about beginnings or endings.
Somewhere to talk/share in a safe environment that has no judgement or bias.
Progression
Difficulty with communication style.
Difficulty in relationships.
The number of sessions needed will depend on the individual and what topics are explored.
In some circumstances, one or two sessions may be all that’s needed; however, 1-2 hour appointments are often needed for up to six to twelve weeks. The duration and frequency will be discussed with you and reviewed continually.

Complimentary 30 minute Discovery Call
A discovery call is a chance for you to meet your coach and explore how life coaching may be able to help you.

PAYG 1-1 coaching
This allows you to pay as you go at times when suitable for you. Sessions can be held online or face-to-face at our clinic in Margate and lasts 60 minutes.

Block of 6 sessions
Pay for 6 sessions upfront and recieve a complimentary session.

Are you in a place of where you want to change your lifestyle, whether that is going to the gym, mindfulness, what you eat or generally taking care of yourself, but can’t quite commit or sustain commitment? Or perhaps you’re not sure of what you want to do or how to do it. Breaking habits or creating new habits can be difficult to implement.
